To request account deletion, please send an email to support@nectransfer.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Please include the phone number or email address registered with your account so that we can verify your identity and process the request safely.
After verification, our support team will proceed to delete the account from our system.
2. Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon successful identity verification and processing, we will delete or permanently anonymize personal information associated with your account, including:
- Your user profile information (Name, Phone Number, Email Address)
- Account credentials and saved user preferences
- Associated personal metadata not legally required to be retained
3. Data That May Be Retained
Because our app provides financial and money-transfer services, applicable financial regulations require us to retain transaction records for a specific period.
Certain transaction records and information required for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes may be retained when required by applicable law.
Such information will be securely retained only for the legally required retention period and will be permanently deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
